Great experience with Basey's! Total roof and gutter replacement after the October tornado. Pete did a great job walking us through the process, roof selection etc. The crew did a fantastic job, were fun to chat with, never a mess, just a great experience overall. They did several homes on my block and they all look great. Highly recommend these guys.

Basey's was very punctual and respectful of our home. They showed up when they said they would and completed the task quickly wile not sacrificing quality. They cleaned up behind themselves each and every day, and left our house looking better than before they started. This is a roofer you can trust, Nick especially did a great job for us.

I called Basey's because our roof is leaking. I was told that I would get a call back in 24-48 hours. After the 48 hours passed, I called them again. Was told the guy would be out that day or the next. I called in the afternoon the next day Friday to make sure he would come. He did and he was nice. I was happy and thought all would be good. He said he'd be by tomorrow but didn't give a time. My husband wanted me to find out a time. I called his cell phone right after he left and he didn't answer. On Saturday afternoon, I texted and then an hour later tried to call him if he still planned to come by and never heard from him. He texted me on Monday to say he'd be by in the afternoon or tomorrow. No thank you. I called another roofing company. This was not what I expected at all.
