| Terry Kershner | I am disappointed with the delivery service offered at all levels. Tony the dispatcher called me at 11:50 AM and said that they would be at the job-site in 30 minutes. They were to arrive at 12:20 so at 12:40 PM I called to see if I had somehow missed them. Tony told me that they were having lunch and would be here in 20 minutes. They did not arrive until 1:30 or later by which time I was at a different location of the job-site I was very clear how to access the job-site and then the driver did not follow my access directions. This resulted in an unnecessary turn around at the top of the driveway on an oil and screens driveway on a hot day. The driver sat in one place and turned the steering wheel, digging a hole in the driveway surface. All this could have been avoided by 1: showing up when expected so that I could have helped with added instructions or 2: followed the instructions given to Tony the dispatcher to go up the road and turn around so that a straight-in approach could be accomplished. I fear all the savings provided by purchasing from R&S will be devoted to driveway surface repair. |
