| William Stapleton | If you value your house or money DO NOT HIRE CHERRY VALLEY ROOFING! They replaced my roof last June/July '15 and it wasn't until the first big storm that I discovered they didn't actually ever finish the job. They didn't tie in the new roof to an existing roof that didn't need repair, leaving it open to leak water down a wall and ruin the floors in my living room. The roofing job only cost a little over 8000 which was fine. It's going to cost upwards of 16000 to get the damage to my walls and floor repaired, and Don Rios doesn't answer his phone. The main phone line is disconnected and the FAX line has a message that says he'll "get back to you as soon as I can." Right! It's been over a month now since the damage occurred. I've called nearly every day. So the Contractor's State Licensing Board has been involved and I'm making a claim against the bond he had when he did my work. That's also a losing proposition though, since his bond was only good for 12,500. I lose money no matter what. If you value your house or your money DO NOT HIRE CHERRY VALLEY ROOFING! |
