Mitch Johnson	I called them for bid to replace 3 damaged shingles on my roof of a house I was selling. They said 200 call out inspection fee but fee would be taken out of bill if i used them for the fix. That sounded reasonable since it was only 3 standard composition shingles which are inexpensive. Then they gave me quote if 1200 for the repair. I said you have got to be kidding? I ended up having repairs completed by another company for 150 total. They work out of their house with no true business address so I guess I should have known better. Oh ya and 'the wife' is a peach. She called me threatening legal action when she didnt send the bill to a good address after the house was sold. Then when I give her the proper address I get the bill and it had juvenile writing of 'notice of lien' warnings all over the outside of letter. Really? No one needs those prices and her drama.
