| Jesse Becerra | Awful experience. The roof done was the most expensive bid but it was done the way that I wanted it compared to the other roofing companies in town. That new roof leaked immediately the 1st rain and we called Van to came out to fix it. The 2nd rain it leaked again and when we called he made up multiple excuses as to why it was leaking. Now the roof is leaking for the 3rd time and when we called him 3 months ago he sent a guy to look at it, did nothing and never called me to tell me why it was leaking or that they would fix it. Now he is not reachable at any number and multiple messages have been left for him and no answer. He is refusing to come out and fix the problem. I haven't even received more excuses as to why it leaks. I don't have a recourse out I spend a 8000 a roof at leaks and it's less than a year and a 1/2 old. I will never use this company again. Others beware. |
| Falon Cone | Absolute worst person I've ever dealt with. Our whole family hired this guy to do some roofing and siding for a house we were selling. This is a new account online because he had so many negatives. He had 8 people give him negatives. I'm only doing this to warn new people who can't see the real reviews he had. He had his workers do siding for my family home and had to all be redone. The work was so bad the new owners had to have all of the siding redone! They found they didn't even find the studs half of the time and cause leaks we never had previously inside of the house. After we called them back to fix their horrible work they did nothing but excuses on why they wouldn't fix it. Caused so many issues on our house! You will regret hiring this company. Horrible work and person. Don't hire! |
| Yoli Aviles | Very unsatisfied with the work performed. My roof is only slightly over 1 year old and it leaks. I've made attempts to reach Van plus left multiple messages and I have gotten no response. When it came to us paying the bill he was front and center but now that he has to warranty his work he can't be bother to answer? The inconvenience this has cost me is unbelievable with the weather we are having. I will have to call someone else to come out and fix what I have already paid Van to fix...9,000 for a touchdown roof that leaks is completely unacceptable. |
