He shows up, hands me his card and tells me all about his references, then climbs up to the roof where he stays a whopping five minutes, then leaves without saying a word to me. He then tells my landlord that "he doesn't do Band-Aids" and wants to replace the entire roof for a single leak. Bear in mind his business card reads "Why Not Repair Rather Than Replace." For someone who obviously doesn't want the work, he's a real piece of work. Needless to say, we're finding someone else.
