| V L | If you want good service, a professional company with knowledgeable workers at a great price, call Vince at ELITE. We had estimates from other companies. The first was a huge mistake in thinking that RANDYS RAIN GUTTERS was a reliable company. An employee was in the neighborhood, gave us an estimate on paper, a verbal date to provide service and never showed up. I called thinking perhaps they had confused dates, or simply forgotten. RANDYS made another appointment, didn't keep that one either. RANDYS did not call, text, leave a message...nothing. RANDYS was both rude and unprofessional. I then called ELITE. The installer came on time and called ahead to say that he was on his way. That is how you do business. My neighbors were outside during the installation and asked who I used. You can recommend ELITE without the fear that you will be embarased by shoddy customer service. |
