I later called Steve and our new water heater was installed the next day! Shaun & Patrick arrived and explained the installation process. They were a great team. They were very professional, knowledgeable and installed our new water heater into a very tight space requiring some gas pipe adjustments. On 4/30 I contacted WHP and had a representative come out and give a fairly priced and detailed estimate and a in depth rundown on how install would go. First thing today 5/1/20 at 8 am electrical came out and about noon two service men came out replaced our old heater with a new, larger, and more energy efficient model in record time. this included all adapters and fitting for the conversion at not tacked up price. They also removed the old unit at no extra cost. Great experience and very professional. I would highly recommend. |
