| melanie swain | Very Poor - A complete lack of 'customer service'. There was no one that greeted me upon my arrival although there were three employee's that I could see upon entrance. Not once did they ask me if they could help me find anything or interact with me in anyway. When I brought my items up to the counter, one of the employee's came over to assist, only she was unable to find my correct customer account. Another came to assist her, and again could not find my business account, so I was unable to purchase my products. She said that only the manager could see my account and that he wouldn't be back until the next day, she'd have him call me, and... he didn't. So, I called back only to find out that he has cancelled our account even though I have a 1,200.00 PO with them current. He said it was due to a 'lack of payment' from back in 2012. I asked for a statement, and he refused. I would never, ever go here again. Complete disregard - A big fat zero for this store. |
