We had nothing but problems and issues with semper Solaris. We got promises from sales department to get our project done by the new year, that flopped and we finally got people out by late January after a few install dates passed and they couldn't get all parts out to site. The financial department started asking for full payment prior the installers having gotten here the first time. They did not have all the parts to install completely. A few weeks later they came out to finish installation, and ended up some of the panels were installed backwards so they could not install per the contract. Those panels were installed horizontally to the ground and collect and hold rain water and dew. We sent a tickets in in January and continue to add issues to it and so far as of May no one has even looked at it. The financial department keeps asking for final payment and making threats, but the contract is not completed per written contract, and they appear to refuse to forward this issue on to anyone else in their company.
