| Mark C Smitt | Mike and Carlos did an fine job and the gutters look great. Yet the problem we were trying to fix was the incline so that the water would drain to the two respective down spouts. It still accumulates water in the same place backs up and won't drain out of the corners. The water even backs up where the sealant was used to glue the 90 degree angle. I asked them if they had tested the flow and drainage, and they said yes. I called Garett but I never get a call back. Both times prior to that when I spoked with Jerry and Garett, they acted like they didn't know about my work order. |
