His wife answered the initial phone call and said he was basically in bed. I said I would have to call back. Before I could call anyone else Jim called me back to say he would head out if I needed him. I felt horrible but having your main sewer line backed up is not fun. So in the rigid cold Jim and Doug were at my house within 20 minutes. 10 minutes after that they were done. You could tell they were past their bed time but totally ready and willing to see my situation fixed. You can't find honesty and service like this anymore. I will never call anyone else. As far as price goes, he's awesome. I won't say what I spent because sometimes people have to adjust rates. But a few years ago, during normal business hours another company charged me 3 times as much for the same amount of work. They had fees, and payments for rediculous line items. Not Jim. One price. One great job. Just they way it should be.
