I had to constantly call them and for NOTHING. Highly advise you to consider all other options before attempting to work with this company. Do NOT give them your credit card number until you have an estimate and firm date of installation, and only then the absolute minimum. I was charged 190 for NOTHING! No quote, time wasted interacting with their office, and more time spent interacting with other bay area companies to schedule the work. If anything, this company should have paid me for my time wasted.
