Very bad first impression of JR Roofing. Beware that this company does not keep its promises. They are unreliable! I called them to get our roof repaired. I spoke to the owner, "Rudolpho". He told me he would call me back that day with a time when he would send someone to our house the next day. He never bothered to call back or show up the next day. I called back several times but only got voice mail. I waited all day in case someone did show up. What companies who behave this way toward POTENTIAL customers don't seem to realize is that this treatment can have an impact on their FUTURE business!
