Colin Roofing Inc – Roofing Contractor in Palmdale, California

I was really happy with the owner's expertise on this job. I had taken 3 different bids, 2 of the 3 were astronomical in price. I chose Colin Roofing. Colin Roofing addressed my direct problem instead of looking for additional work to increase the price of the quote. I pointed out other issues that other contractors had mentioned, and he was very honest, and basically let me know that those issues were not bad enough to require attention. Based on all their amazing reviews, I felt confident with my decision. The professionalism shown by the owner gave complete confidence that the job would get done correctly. The owner gave me a seminar on my own roof, explained every detail thoroughly, and educated me on how the roof is suppose to work. He answered all my questions, no matter how small. In the end, I felt like I had chosen the right company for the job. I wasn't able to be on site to watch the repairs be made, but they took pictures throughout the entire process which gave me further confidence that I had chosen the right contractor, and the repairs they made would seal any leaks. The materials used appear to be better than what had come with the building of the house. I will definitely use Colin Roofing again in the future. Thank you so much! The previous owners had installed a sky lamp incorrectly, with that, I had a mass amount of water leaking into my attic which eventually came into the kitchen. I am extremely grateful for Colin Roofing Inc., and they will always be who I go to for any work I need done on my roof.

I had 3 estimates for the job. They weren't the least expensive but I liked working with Juan Jr. and Juan Sr. They showed up on time and completed the job timely. During the COVID-19 time they practiced safe distancing and wore a mask at all times. It's tough to find good contractors, I took a chance on this company based on the prior reviews. I would highly recommend them and would use them again. In fact, I am asking for a price on another troublesome area on my roof.

Juan gave me a reasonable quote that I didn't feel like looking for another one. Contract drawn was professional & very clear & upfront. Love the work they did replacing my patio roof, did a great job & was done in just 1 1/2 days. Workers were on time & nice & left the place clean. I'll recommend them to anyone for any roofing work.
