These days it's very hard to find any company or any person that is amazing the entire time and takes the worry and work on and values the customer. | Michael Riady | becareful...... I just got a new replacement water heater with ARS. They came fast and once they get the job and paid, they do not respond anymore. The technician gave me his business card and say all the beautiful promises. He does not reply to emails or voice mails the next day. I had to call the office and talk to the lady and chase him down. technician promised to send the cost breakdown to my insurance company and its time sensitive. he has not responded since last week. secondly, city inspector came today and said needed 2 additional corrections to be done. third, technician did not inform me a city inspector will be reaching out and coming. I got a surprise knock on my door and we were all confused for a moment. with all these said, i spend couple thousand dollars and expect a reasonable standard of service. |
