I'm writing this review because of an order that I put in two weeks ago there was supposed to be in within days of me putting it in. After a week of waiting I sent my wife up because they said that my order had come in, when she arrived they said that they made a mistake and that it would be a whole nother week before my order came in. It's been over another week and I called them this morning to ask if my order had come in, they said that it had and I gave them all the details to make sure that it was the right material that I had asked for, they confirmed. So I sent my wife up again to grab it and when I got there it was the wrong material completely. Their response was that they can put in the order for the right material but it would be a whole nother month that I would have to wait to be able to get it in!!! Absolutely ludicrous and insulting to have this happen to me when I'm trying to run a business and keep my small farm going!!!! I'm never going here again and anybody who asks I'm going to let them know how horrible of an experience I've had with these people, completely insulted!!!! |
