I scheduled a quote for a client of mine who needed a new roof to get solar. the day the quote was supposed to take place no one arrived, after 2 hours i called in and they said the guy was running late and that they would call my customer right away to let them know when they would arrive. no one called my customer. another hour passes so i called back in to see why they didnt call or show up and no one answered my call so now im left with no roof quote and a unhappy customer. thanks alot j&j roofing.
