| Kate Seither | I'm in shock with the good reviews about this company. Our bathroom was remodeled last summer less than one year ago and we have a laundry list of problems already. Dennis who is the licensed contractor and is supposed to oversee the work only showed up to give the initial quote and walk-thru and draw up the plans. The plans ended up being drawn incorrectly dennis's measurements were wrong and we had to come up with brand new plans on the fly. He also came out after we had severe issues with the tiling and grout and he tried to bully us into using substandard fixes. He wanted us to use silicone caulking on the FLOOR of our bathroom to cover the horrible grout that was cracking and coming up in chunks. The grout is still terrible and gets worse every day. They used the wrong grout color and instead of apologizing, tried to blame it on us! Unbelievable. Paint is cracking at the wall corners, our sink faucets leak because they were not installed correctly. The list is a mile long. RUN don't walk from this company! The only reason for 2 stars is because the employees that showed up daily to actually do the work were kind and hard working. |
