She sent us Jordan to address our unforeseen issues surprise - no hot water and a backed up kitchen sink. Jordan showed up within a half hour, first thing in the morning, and stayed at our home working on the clogged kitchen sink until it was fixed. He was polite, professional, friendly, respectful and PERSISTENT. He did it!! He even went back to the shop to get us the correct fuses for our hot water heater and now we not only have hot water yippee! but also have a functioning kitchen sink again. Thank you Jordan! You are a treasure and we appreciate your fabulous work ethic greatly. And once again there is peace throughout the land. These folks are a great find. | Emily Regalia | Anthony was very polite, friendly and thorough with his work. He needed to go into my basement to check the AC with the furnace and when he was done he remembered to turn out the light, lock the door knob and close the door and screen door tightly. I don't often have that happen with other companies but the gentlemen from Ongaro & Sons always seem to be very good about that. Anyway, I give Anthony 5 out of 5 stars for his service. |
