I left for the holidays, and upon my return the issue was still present. I called to notify them that the issue was still ongoing and it wasn't fixed the first time. They told me that there was no guarantee on their work and that I would have to submit another work ticket hence pay another 150 for them to come fix the issue they never fixed the first time. Stay far away from this company for any plumbing needs!
