Everyone get busy, I understand that, but don't say one thing then do another. A simple call back could be an easy resolve, but ignoring after you said you'd contact me delayed many other things.

It's taken over two weeks to get in contact and I still haven't heard back, very frustrating. Don't say you'll call back and never do. People are depending on your company to get work done if you can't get to it be honest and tell them you're busy.

Good trades are hard to find but Bill and his crew saved my ass. I own a bunch of apartments in University Heights and when I bought it they told me I had 20 years left on my roof...last February during heavy rains every unit leaked, the seller was long gone and the roof guarantee was a fraud. I heard from a friend who also had a good experience with Kennedy to call Bill. While my tenants computers were covered by renters insurance, Bill showed up the same day himself found the cracks and had a crew up there repairing the leaks and I was dry within 8 hours from the time I picked up the phone.
