They are a very disorganized company. We had Karl the VP, come and give us a quote, he was quick and responsive. Once the office sent us the contract it was wrong, they had to send it again for it to be correct. They told me once they received it they would call and schedule the work. The following week I was emailed another contract to sign, different from the other 2, even though I had already signed the electronic contract and sent it back. They stated they didn't have it and would keep looking for it. They told us scheduling was 2 weeks out but could never give us a confirmed date of service. After a month of running around still not giving us a confirmed date, they would continually say I'll call you back by the end of the day and they never would. When you reach out to them they act like they've never helped you before. When I told them to cancel our contract we'd find another roofer they just said okay, the VP didn't even care they were losing business.

We had a roof leak and it was recommended that we contact the folks at TAG. Karl came over and gave us an estimate for the repair and checked out the entire roof. In the end, he gave us a very fair price and didn't "oversell" us on things we didn't need. The work was completed shortly thereafter and we are glad we found TAG, Karl, and his team members. I would recommend you call them for any of your roofing needs!

They get 2 stars because the work they did complete seems to be ok. In 2017, we hired TAG to repair our roof. At the time they were disorganized, late to appointments, workers took extremely long breaks instead of getting the work done, and the project wasn't completed on time. Two years later, we notice staining on our ceiling in the same area TAG supposedly fixed. We made an appointment to have it check. Karl was late to the appointment again today. When he finally arrived, he checked the roof and claimed they never contracted to repair that area. So something that I believe was fixed, because that's what they were contracted to do, has been leaking for two years. I could pull the paperwork that proved they did the work, along with the photos, but I don't trust TAG to properly fix the problem so I will be finding another roofing company.
