The team at T.H.A. has been very helpful installing the home heater. Sarita and Maria in the office were very helpful. Sergio did a very professional installation. He arrived promptly, was courteous and answered all my questions about the new equipment. Hector also assisted with the installation. I would highly recommend T.H.A. for your HVAC needs.

Overpriced. Just paid 89 for a capacitor that can be found at other places for 35 tops. The lady behibd the desk said: these are a little pricey and i asked how much is pricey and she replied 189;;; when I told her I could buy four of those for that price and I was going away she decided to text her boss and got the price down to 89; I was still going to walk away but decided to buy it because of real necessity. I can understand charging that price including labor of installation but in this case the were not installing anything. What a rip off. Will never do bussines with again. No thanks.

Of course my thermostat stopped working in the middle of a heat wave and Hector was able to quickly troubleshoot and diagnose the problem within moments over the phone.
