He spent an hour taking photos and moisture mapping and then I received a very detailed report with a variety of bid options to choose from. The customer service was excellent with EcoSmart and Armand in particular as he spent an additional 30 minutes after I received the bid reviewing it with me. The inspection fee of 595 was deductible from the bid. I had a very positive experience with EcoSmart. I also found it helpful getting roofing quotes from a few companies before making a final decision, as not all charge an inspection fee, so that I was well informed of my options. |
