I hired an honest plumber who re-did the work Rooter Solutions paid RS 2,400 just did! Don't fall for their bait and switch “54 deal”. Run don't walk away from these guys! Long story short, the only thing these guys are good at is the slick and dishonest way they lie and cheat you. They couldn't fix a clogged drain at my 94 year-old mother's 68 year-old house for a reasonable cost. No, they ultimately wanted to replace ALL sewer lines for over 12,000!!! They called that a bargain. Their proposal was totally unrealistic. She just wants to live out her life without going bankrupt. Lesson learned: Find an honest plumber to do the job the right, for a reasonable cost. Problem solved.

These guys did a great job at my house. I got a few estimates and they were not the cheapest for sure but I made the right decision. You get what you pay for! They kept my place extremely clean, I always had a bathroom at the end of the day, by making temporary connections they made sure of that. Thank you Martin Alfaro, Ernesto, Juan and the rest of crew. At the end of the job my place looked like nothing ever happened. I have done many repairs to my house since I've bought it but no other company has impressed me the way Rooter Solutions did. Even the owner Fernando came to look at the project and drop off permits. I will definitely be a client forever and will recommend them to all of my friends and family!

Driving down the freeway I see there truck pouring water everywhere on the freeway causing people to swerve out of the way. As I drove past the driver was talking on his cell phone oblivious of the massive amount of water he is spilling behind him causing traffic and a road Hazzard.
