This is a good business to deal with. The staff is knowledgeable and on time. The appraisal was straightforward and clear. They showed up early and finished on time. Their work was done quickly. The billing and payment system was easy to use. I got updates prior to the work being done. These updates came from their office staff. They kept me informed when they would arrive. This was the first time I did business with them, but this first experience was a confidence builder.

When we decided it was time for a new roof, I called about five or six of the well known roofers in our area and Moriarty's was the only one to call me back! Big advantage from the start. An appointment was promptly made and Kevin came out for the estimate. He was great and inspired confidence to the degree that I didn't feel the need to look for any other contractors. I got a discount for waiting until February rainy season? We wish! and they got on it end of January. Work was completed in consecutive days, including repairs, and gutters and leaf guards came soon after. Workers were respectful and cleaned up well after themselves. Only reason I gave four stars instead of five was a few times people showed up unexpectedly or unannounced. Better to show up than not. Overall we give thumbs up. Thanks.
