We used this company in the past when we had a problem with our water heater. Kevin was prompt, professional and transparent during that interaction. As such, we decided to contact them regarding our aging AC system, ailing water heater and our heating system that dated back to 1991. Our estimator, Brooks, provided three options to deal with our aging system and we decided to replace everything with new technology to reduce our bills and have more comfort in our house. Brooks never tried to up-sell any option and walked us through the benefits of each. Over the course of five days, we had various workmen on site and all were respectful, attentive to detail and cleanliness and an overall pleasure to have at our home. I cannot remember everyones name but congratulations on a great job to Brooks, Don, Luis and Victor who were on site the majority of the time. Virginia kindly sent us a text message with a photograph depicting our arriving workmen and their biographies. Very nice touch--especially if you are a women residing alone. It was more than obvious that the company trains employees in good customer service skills. When everything was completed, Virginia contacted us to touch bases and remind us to contact them if we had any questions about our new system. A top notch company that employs professionals with remarkable customer service skills. We have already recommended KC Home Services to our friends/neighbors.

KC Home Services did a great job! We moved into a home that had a badly assembled water pump well system. KC sent Don over to fix things. Don was friendly and did great work. Now our water system works wonderfully! I highly recommend KC Home Services!
