| percival trance | My house was build in 2004, PetersenDean was the roof contractor. The roof leak after after 10 year warranty expired. Would you expect a concrete tile roof to leak in 15 years? I have a roof inspection, report indicate defective install of bird guard, exposed wood and deteriorated tar paper underlay. The cost of repair is 7500. The least PetersenDean should do is cover part of the repairs. Maybe I am just an unlucky recipient of one of their bad jobs, I am sure they are a good company. They could be the best if they take care of their customer. Good roof should not leak, not a 15 year old concrete tile roof. If it leaks, do the right thing, take care of your customer. |
| R U | I spent about 1 1/2 hours going thru and preliminary design of two solar systems for my property. The salesman printed the designs, expected costs and took time to answer questions I had. I was told to expect a formal quote and never got one, I contact the salesman and he said he would get it over to me tonight. Well it never came and I called and asked for a call or text.....nothing. So glad I didn't choose them. I'm going with a local 4.5 star rated company installing my 12kW system. This company has been thorough and in constant communication. I dodged a bullet by not picking Petersen Dean. Pick someone else. POOR COMMUNICATION. |
