Working with Kelly Roofing was a pleasure from the very start. I received several bids when searching for a roof and the Kelly bid was by far the most complete response that I received. From the beginning I dealt directly with the owner, Ryan Kelly, not a sales rep or a foreman. The bid I received was highly competitive and the most detailed of the bunch and clearly described what would and would not be provided under the contract. His references were highly complementary and eager to recommend him. Ryan was a pleasure to work with throughout the job, as were the crew that performed the work. Changes and some additional work was required to the roof structure and the new gutters. He added those changes at a most reasonable cost. There were minor delays in the schedule to start but that was weather related and Ryan kept me informed on regular basis. The finished product exceeded my expectations and his crew kept the area around the house clear of litter on a daily basis. During and at the end of the job not a single nail or other debris was to be found anywhere on the property. I ended up not only with a beautiful and well engineered new roof system but a new and reliable partner for maintenance and emergency repairs.
