Konrad was recommended by a friend. I had called about 10 companies to get guesstimates. Found all on Yelp, local companies. 3 never responded. Needed back side of house re-roofed in concrete tile, 10 squares. Old shake roof removed. High bid was 18k from another company. Most where under 10k. Konrad came in lowest at 7k. Most of his reviews on Yelp that actually had roofs installed are all 5 stars. The others all sound like impatient whiners. Crew came Thursday morning and got to it right away. Had they not had to wait for the tile, I believe they would have been done in 1 day. Came back Friday for 2 hours to finish up. Looks GREAT!!!! Now the test will be when it rains
