This was our first experience having our septic tank pumped. Ryan and his assistant were very helpful. We didn't know where our tank was located but they were able to find it pretty quickly. They offered valuable suggestions about maintenance and prices were reasonable.

Ryan was so helpful and able to find our septic tank since we truly didn't have an idea exactly where it was located. Ryan and his assistant were professional and kind. Most importantly, very honest. I would not hesitate to reccomend this company to anyone looking for professionalism and honesty.

The pipe to my house burst and flooded the backyard. No other plumbers I called said they could make it out for another couple days, but Pro Rooter made it to our house in an hour and had the pipe fixed an hour later. Then when the pipes inside the house got inevitably clogged with sediment, they took the time to walk us through the ways to clear them at no extra charge. Quick, efficient service at a reasonable price!

Never will use them again! One of my tenants called them on a Sunday to fix a plugged drain. James proceeded to run a snake down the drain to fix the problem but instead created a larger problem by putting a hole in the 2" pipe!! Charged 225 to bust our pipe and said it would cost between 400 and 600 to cut into the wall and repair the busted pipe. I called our regular plumber who came out the next day and had to cut into the drywall, repair the pipe that he broke and fix the clogged drain. He only charged 285 for everything. I called ProRooter to complain and James told me he would do nothing! BEWARE!!

Had a shower pressure problem and thought it would be a small and quick job. Well it was wishful thinking. They came out and really went the extra mile to get things up and working well. They did an excellent job.
