Orange Elephant did an awesome job on our roof and gutters replacement. Eddy and Andres were phenomenal to work with and very good at keeping us looped in on every step of the process from quotes to working with our insurance adjuster to managing the project to inspection and beyond. As first-time homeowners, this was our first time dealing with a project like this, and Orange Elephant made it as painless and enjoyable as possible. Highly recommended!

It's been a tiring experience. Nails left all over my yard. I spent hours going through picking them up. They have come back twice picking up more. Communication has been lacking. No real compensation for my time spent in my yard cleaning up and on the phone trying to rectify it. Finally they said they will send someone with a metal detector to come out. On the day appointed waited all day no one came. Called and was told they came we have proof. I felt like they were calling me a liar. They finally said we made a mistake and didn't come out to do what we said. They scheduled another appointment. I posted a picture of some of the nails in my yard but I have many more. When I have time I'll post more. It's been tiring and frustrating with all the different people and phone calls/texts to finish the job. And I'm being made feel like it's my fault. Try golden spike roofing or someone else I guess.

The team at Orange Elephant Roofing were absolutely wonderful. This was the easiest transaction of this type I've ever experienced. They were thorough and explained every step from Jake, the initial inspector who also contacted my insurance, something I always dread, Andres who scheduled the job and set up the permit inspection the work crew and their supervisor Jack who completed the work in one day to the office staff which called followed up with emailed to inform me of visits and timing. Everything transpired exactly as they outlined, every appointment was on time. It couldn't have been a better experience. If you need a roof inspected and/or replaced, this is the company to do it.
