| schochmj . | staff is not very knowledgeable or helpful. went to purchase an attic ladder. saw online that they had 3 in stock. could not find it in the aisle i was directed to. found an associate who said yes that the ladders were in stock but he did not know where. he continued to look and then found them on top of the rack. i said great, can you get one down for me. he said it would be at least 45 minutes till he could close the aisle and get a forklift to get it down. this store is in the Colorado high country and i drove 45 minutes to get there and then told i would have to wait another 45 minutes. i left and will never shop there again. |
