By far one of the poorest experiences with a contractor I have ever experienced. We were required to use Reitz through our home buyer's request on the inspection report. They were never able to give us a time or date that they would arrive and threw a fit when they couldn't come on the one day of the week where we could not have any work done on the house even asked why they couldn't come...cause I work that day, their customer service rep on the phone was rude and snippy, and they didn't request any payment when they finished the work so we had to call them and check to see if we could receive the invoice. Still not sure if their work will match the estimate agreement, but with this company, who knows? 100 would not recommend.
