| brian boos | I had Frailey Roofing do a roof for me in Steamboat Springs. The roof was done well, part of the roof is metal and the rest is composite shingles. There are two vents on the metal roof that needed to be installed with extra attention to detail. 1.5 years after the install, the seals around the vents on the steel roof broke open in the middle of winter. A large amount of water damage happened to the interior of this 2 + million dollar home. I called Randy and we both agreed that the permanent repair needed to be done after the snow was off the roof. We made temporary repairs that held well until spring. I called Randy several times to make an appointment to have do the final repair. We landed on a Tuesday morning in June and he never showed up. Many calls, texts and emails to both his cell and office phones, still nothing back from Frailey . NO FRAILEY ROOFING EVER AGAIN!!!!!!! |
