Jack the Roofer – Roofing Contractor in Centennial, Colorado

We had a great experience with “Jack the Roofer”. I contacted the company to quote a repair needed. While it took a few days for Jack to come out due to scheduling he was exactly on time. Not the case with lots of contractors. Jack had did our neighbors home a year or two back and they were very pleased with the work. Jack took the time to explain what to look for on my roof. No pressure at any time. I knew I was due for a new roof and he gave me a through quote a couple of days earlier. They scheduled the work and it went perfectly. I was amazed how quickly they completed the work and did a great job cleaning up. After the work was done a city inspector looked at the work and told me they did a great job. During the process I had questions and the staff did a great job responding to calls and taking the time to explain everything. One nice item that Jack recommended was a better quality shingle. While it did cost a little more my insurance policy gave me a great discount which will pay for the added cost in 4-5 years. My wife thought the color selection that Jack made was great and couldn't believe the difference between our new roof looks and that of older homes in the neighborhood. As a do it yourself home owner I am always very careful with contractors and service providers. Over I am very pleased having my roof redone with this company.

Jack was very easy to talk to and answered all my questions. Ryan followed up promptly and worked with my unusual request to remove the old gutters one day to allow me to replace and repair the fascia, then paint. The crew returned within a week to install the new gutters.
