| Cynthia McDavid | I want to warn everyone about top that roofing!!!! We are now getting into that time of year were people will be getting their roofs redone. They did my roof about 5 years ago... they damaged my swamp cooler with their pitch forks, they poked large holes into the gable... they didn't clean up and they left roofing materials on my driveway...they left sharp pieces of metal in the grass from the gutters...nails every were... they broke trees and shrubs and tore up my garden and destroyed my flower beds. They did not and would not fix the roof correctly... the first rain, I had water coming into my bathroom from the roof. They would not fix it. The roof looked like a kid did it!!! It was so bad!!! I finally had to hire another contractor and pay for it out of my own pocket!!! I sued them and was awarded a settlement!!! Phil refused to pay it and still has not paid it... if I am getting a settlement from the court, you have to know that they are horrible roofers... you have been warned.... stay away from them!!!! |
| Emma Devine | Our roof has needed to be "fixed" twice. However, the damage that was done to our home HAS NOT BEEN FIXED. Beyond not addressing the interior damage that the company promised to fix, they will not respond to our phone calls. This includes the General Manager who responded to the previous negative review, and is now ignoring our attempts at communication. | Andrea Schumacher | Do not use this company! They are crooks!!! We engaged this company to work with our insurance company to put a new roof on our commercial building. They assured us, in writing, that they would not do work that would exceed what the insurance company was willing to pay. I repeatedly expressed this concern. They did work above and beyond what the insurance company was able to secure to us, and then when the insurance company didn't pay, they put a lien on our building. That's one way to run an operation and make more money!!!!!? Complete crooks! Stay away from them. |
