They worked very closely and seamlessly with our general contractor as we were doing other extensive upgrades and repairs to our home. From the time we started with Brian Pierce, they were immediately responsive to any roofing issues during an extensive period of renovation, and were flexible to adjustments to the project as changes came about. An excellent experience! Brian Pierce Roofing replaced the hail-damaged roof, gutters, and skylights on my mother's house in 2016. They came out promptly to inspect the damage, kept us informed during the repair process, and perhaps most importantly, stayed within the insurance estimate even while managing to upgrade to Class 4 impact-resistant shingles! I gathered quotes from other reputable local roofers, and everyone else was significantly more expensive for this upgrade. In summary, they provided excellent advice and a quality service and product at a reasonable price.
