Empire Roofing and Restoration – Roofing Contractor in Colorado Springs, Colorado

We have used Empire Roofing on our personal home and a few rentals! We have always had great workmanship & good cleanup! We have our own business back in the Midwest and we know what customer service is all about thank you Empire!

I am currently still waiting for my home repairs to be completed. There are numerous issues we have had since Steven left. The roof was completed in a timely fashion. However, after my roof was completed Steven was no longer with the company and the horror story began. After the roof was completed in 2018 Empire failed to replace the patio covers and we're currently still waiting as of today 09/30/19 to have this installation fully completed. Unfortunately after The patio went up Empire still has my gutters laying in my backyard. Not to mention when their employees worked on cutting and installing the patio in the backyard they did not clean up the metal shavings and they were spread out in my yard. I have my dog and grandchildren I had to protect, therefore, I had to clean up their hazardous waste. Each attempt to contact Empire has been deplorable. Empire is great at making excuses as to why the work has not been completed. If you want your work done in less than a year without push back for service's you're paying for do not use Empire.

Everything about this experience was pleasant. From my estimate from Keigan to the work done by Matt and his guys. Everyone was prompt, courteous and professional. The results were perfect. Thank you guys! Highly recommend them.
