The Home Depot – Roofing Contractor in Colorado Springs, Colorado

I recently made an online in-store pickup purchase and somehow was notified that my order was ready when it was not. I showed up to pick up my items, and there was a young man named Alex who was attending the curbside pickup stations. He looked up my order number and discovered it was still being fulfilled. No big deal, I was okay with coming back later but he asked if I didn't mind waiting just a few minutes, he would be happy to go retrieve the items. I feel like he absolutely didn't have to do that . He went out of his way to help me and I was completely impressed by this, considering the levels of customers service I have become accustomed to at this store. His supervisor should value him as a team member and I truly am grateful forhis help. I wish all home depot employees were this willing to help. Thanks again Alex.

Great spring flowers. You do have to go in main door. I was hoping to be able to do this just outside which would be safer. They count you at door and give you a stick so you can look at flowers outside and reenter to pay. Unfortunately not a better system.

A BIG thank you to Wendy in the appliance department! She is super nice and helpful I called during this covid-19 pandemic looking for a chest freezer she lucky had 1 left that she was willing to take my payment over the phone and hold it for me till I got to the store and when I got there she greeted me by name I see so many faces at my job and can't remember a name during all this craziness so that's awesome she can and while helping me she quickly greeted other customers told them she will be there as soon as she can when she asked other coworkers to help them when she couldn't. She did a great job on not helping others waiting without acknowledging them and making them feel noticed. Wendy helped me load the freezer into my car and had a smile on her face couldn't see it with her mask on but she had a great personality and happy Energy the whole time the whole time. Thank you to her and all the other workers during this crazy time. Stay safe and healthy Wendy and your whole team!!!

A typical Home Depot. The one thing I've noticed after visiting many Home Depot's over the years is that they are almost identical from one location to another. If you you like Home Depot, you won't be disappointed with this location. There is plenty of parking and lots of good shopping nearby. Highly recommended.

I love home depot. I spend thousands of dollars every year but after today I think a I'm going to lowes The most unorganized home depot I've ever been into was told I could not exit out of the one door even though he was clearly marked exit so I did what the employee said and went down to the other side of building doors just to get yelled at and had employed get in my face therefore breaking their own rule of 6' to have to turn around and go all the way back to the other side to be yelled at by the same person again who told me to use other doors in the first place which I replied get the heck out of my way I'm just trying to leave.

A huge shout-out to the women that run the Paint section. They were so friendly and had wonderful advice about painting my pop-up camper that I'm renovating. They were also so doting on my corgi, Potato. They really do a wonderful job working with you!

It was days after Christmas, throughout the store empty cardboard displays waiting to be recycled we hope. Employees talking about the holiday season. Customer yelling at employees. Wondering why the can't help them on items that were bought elsewhere. Hats off to the young man who stood there and took it. It was an easy shopping experience with local homeowners not running into you. Shelves were stocked and easy to fill up your project list. Cashiers were friendly. Good experience.
