Victory “1” Roofing & Construction – Roofing Contractor in Colorado Springs, Colorado

This company is nothing but amazing. From the people that answer the phone to the crew that comes out to do final clean up. Everyone is very nice and always on time for everything. I called them out to take a look at my roof after my husband seen a couple of leaks in the garage. I called in to Victory 1 gave the lady all of my information and she said that someone will be in contact with me within 24 hours, but I received a call within 45 min of hanging up the phone with the office and it was a Project manager named Tia. We set up the appointment for that same day, she showed up did a full roof inspection found out that we had more going on with the roof then what we were seeing just in the garage. She did an emergency tarp on the roof so that the leaking would stop, until the roof got replaced/ fixed. Tia advised us to get ahold of our insurance company, and have an adjuster come out to take a look at the roof as well. She said that she would like to come out when the adjuster is out there to point out the things that she had seen as well. So the adjuster come out a week later, they went through the roof in detail and they bought the roof for us. We signed the contract with Victory 1 on a Monday and the job was completed by Friday. I will be telling anyone that needs a roof replacement that this is the best company to go with. Thank you Victory 1 Roofing for making this an amazing experience.

My house is still not complete from when the hail storm hit Fountain. I have had to go to another company to have windows, screens and gutters done. The wrong shingles have been used on my roof and it was blown off as no big deal and not going to be fixed. Roofers finally fixed the damaged shingles they damaged themselves on the roof. I was asked numerous times to get an insurance adjuster to my house and to let them know when the agent would be here only for them to never show up to meet with the adjuster. Paint was damaged on the house from roofers throwing shingles off. Nails left on the ground. No final walk through has ever been done though of course the work was never finished after giving thousands of dollars to the company. I am not the only one with this problem either a friend and neighbor used them as well and has yet to ever have a final walk through done or ever had the things that weren't done correctly fixed.
