My complaint and rating is due to the this company never notifying the neighbors like myself of the work they were doing. Instead they wait for debri and nails to fill up the side of my house/yard. They eventually cleaned it up at the end of the day but would they have if we didn't confront them??? All I'm saying is that it would have been cordial and nice to know we couldn't use a whole side of our house for a day. I have dogs and a kid. Think about them too. You will get more business if you take the time to do your job correctly. Your workers were also dismissive about the whole situation. |
