Great experience from start to finish. Refreshing initial bid presentation with a no nonsense approach, a relief after the used car salesman deliveries we had received form several other companies. Representative took care of all details with the insurance company and when the final payment came due, the estimate was right on the money. As for the crew, thorough, efficient and professional. Great guys! Follow up visits ensured the work was done properly. People you can trust.

Working with Cenco was long, tedious and left us with hundreds of dollars in repair costs to fix what they had damaged. There was the bush which they parked their trailer on, the roofing sealant that was splattered on our brick walls and flagstone walk, and the siding that was damaged and stripped. Then there were the lies: "We'll have to remove and replace your gutters - it's the only way to place shingles properly" didn't happen, although we did get charged for it; "I'll be by the day after to run a magnet over the property and ensure that no nails are left behind" definitely didn't happen - we're still finding nails everywhere; "we'll have to charge extra so we can tie off because of your steep roof" they DID charge us extra, but they did not take any safety precautions; and finally "It should take 1 day, maybe a day and a half" ha! SEVEN MONTHS later, they're finally done. Overall the primary issue seemed to be poor communication between Cenco and their crews. We would be told that they were going to start the next day and would rearrange our schedules so we could be home with the dogs just to have nobody show up. This was not a one-time thing - I think it happened to us 4 times. I wish we got the Cenco that all the other reviewers are raving about.
