Nothing but praise for Core Contractors. Professional, competitive rates, and timely with excellent customer service. I was not at the house while the work was being completed but they kept me in the loop through text during the entire process. Highly recommended.

I cannot share enough praise for Core Contractors!! I had some minor tile roof repairs in which I had 3 prior estimates from roofers over the past year that were ludicrous and the lowest bid was about 2K - which was 4X higher than what Core ultimately charged. One roofer even suggested an entire roof replacement would be a wise investment. When Core came out to do the estimate, I showed them a flue cap that had blown off last year and Chris said he'll re-attach it since he's already up there. The prior roofing estimates quoted me 1K just to attach that cap. That one act of integrity sold my desire to give them my business, but then of course it was icing on the cake when I reviewed their reasonable estimate. When they completed the work, they also provided me detailed photos of the before / after work and there were no surprise charges as I was charged what they quoted. I have never understood why integrity and customer service like this is not normative as I will be referring Core Contractors to everyone I know. Thanks Core!!!
