Lyn Story	Josh used to do OK work at good prices but recently he quoted me replacement of a water heater for 200. He has replaced at least one for me before at this price so I had no reason to doubt him. He later called and said it was more difficult than most and would need additional parts. I agreed to pay for them. Three days later he told me I owed him 1000. When I asked why he said the parts were 300. I asked for receipts and he would not provide them. When I looked at the work, the water heater was not working, the overflows to it and the furnace next to it were cut and not re-connected. The water heater that I bought new had a huge dent in the side. The closet door would not shut, was cracked, and paint was gouged from the wall. The furnace was also no longer operational. I had to hire someone else to go and finish the job and yet he still demands 500 the agreed upon price and says he will take me to collections. Stay away from Josh and his crooked practices. It is people like him that give contractors bad reputations. His work is very bad and his business practices are worse. DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY WITH THIS BUSINESS.
