Best Company Around! I had been scarred away by many other company's when trying to replace my roof along with other things from hail damage. When Mike came over and explained the process to me, I finally felt "safe" and that I wasn't going to be taken advantage of. It wasn't as easy as any of us hoped, but everyone along the way always made sure I knew what was going on. Very honest and friendly company. Being a first time homeowner a lot of these claims are new to me, and very over whelming to say the least. I can definitely say, I felt like RME has always had my best interest and Mike immediately gave me that "good feeling" when you know you have an honest person on your side. Also a huge thank you to Shawneese in the office, she fought back and forth with my insurance company for months. I know her job is not easy and very stressful at times!
