Recently had our roof replaced by Jon Walter Roofing late June '19. I called to get quotes from four different companies, three of them either required, or highly pressured me to see the insurance rate sheet FIRST which I don't like, I want quotes for the work, insurance or not. Had a few emails to correct some things noted on the contract unique to our house we cannot have roof vents due to how our house is insulated that they were unaware of, had no issues, work was done in just over one day, permitting was fast, both insurance and mortgage inspector checked the roof post-replacement and said things look good. Their crew was great, very polite, and cleaned up well only found one nail so far buried in the rocks, which for a roof this large is really good, they covered and moved all my patio furniture and didn't break a single light on the string lights over the patio. Have no issues recommending this local roofing company.
