About an hour later, Scott called me and knew that a storm was coming the next day, so he came out and was on the roof performing his inspection by 2pm that SAME DAY. He didn't just wait and then push off the appointment down the road, he was respectful and thoughtful and rushed right out. Not only was he polite and professional, but took the time to explain everything about my roofing situation and the replacement process to me. I then had some contact with him after the inspection to get a detailed report and other questions and he was always quick to respond as well as gave me great information. And he never made me feel like I was bothering him, which I'm sure that I was with all of my questions and requests. He was great to work with and I'd very highly recommend Roofing Outfitters!
