Wow was I impressed with Ropa Roofing! They were so professional from their project manager to their crew. The crew was so clean, courteous and efficient. When I obtained the initial bid, neither the project manager nor I were confident I'd have a claim. Regardless, Josh spent time with me to explain the process and gave me a professional bid. I had many people knocking on my door after the hailstorm, and all of them seemed to be "one and done" companies. When I met Josh at Ropa, I knew they'd be here in the long run and would take care of me if there were any future problems. I would highly recommend this company! Fast, great quality, on the spot communication, clean and professional.

I had a great experience with Ropa roofing. They worked directly with my insurance carrier so I didn't have to do much of anything with State Farm after I reported the claim! They replaced my roof, some siding, and a bunch of windows. Just like every other good contractor out there, they were definitely overwhelmed after the hailstorm, but all things considered, they were responsive and did their very best to get the work done quickly. I never felt like they were trying to pull one over on me. I should also mention that all the workmen they sent to my home were helpful, professional, and I felt comfortable having them at my home. They also went above and beyond at the end of the process - the city was running horrendously behind on permit inspections not Ropa's fault and they were able to get the city to expedite my inspection so I could put my house on the market.

Brent came out to assess our roof after home inspection and was fair and honest in determining that the roof was in great shape and did not need immediate attention. Ropa was even kind enough to provide a workmanship guarantee! To often, Contractor's will go out of their way advise work be completed whether or not it is an actual need. Whenever the time comes for roofing work to be completed at my house Brent and his crew will be the ones doing it.
